Change things up occasionally by adding crumbled bacon strips, thinly sliced mushrooms, 1/3 cup of croutons, slices of red onion and/or 1/4 cup of feta (or blue) cheese. Toss the ingredients, drizzle with your favorite balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing.
A sandwich is the perfect meal for a busy schedule. Raisin bread with organic peanut butter and honey is how to lose weight fast. A refreshing cup of low fat or fat-free milk will help to fill the corners so you can hold off eating until your next meal.
Dinner
